I once had two very good friends. We literally lived our lives in each other. Hung out everyday. Spoke on the phone and over the Net when we weren't face to face with one another. Shared secrets. They told me which guys they wanted to fuck. I told them which girls I wanted to lay. And this was, I thought, two beautiful friendships which would last for a long time.

But like food, friendships do go bad if you leave them lying around for a while.

I had to go for an orientation camp before enrolling into college. Both of them were worried that I would change, and start hanging out with my newfound friends and start to forget about them. I promised them I won't, and that we will still be the closest of friends. No one can replace you two, I said.

I turned out to be the naive one.

My life started to centre around college. The phone calls stopped, the meetings, the meals, all diminished. Conversations became tedious and monosyllabic. Soon, I changed my Internet Messaging mode to "Invisible" whenever I logged online.

It wasn't until 5 months later that I decided to try and salvage the situation. By then, one of them had already cast me off as "just another guy". I tried to speak to the other one, and this was the reply I got when I asked her how life has been:

"Get out of my life. Stop sticking your nose in. You've been out of it long enough, and now you suddenly decide you want to come in and claim your position? Forget it. I'm already regarding you as an acquaintance. Don't force me to even have to take that back."

2 years down the road, I don't suppose they even want to acknowledge having known me in their life.

I just want them to know that I still regard them as friends and that if they ever need help, any way and any form, I'll be here.

Today was a fun day!
Training was just o-k. But after that, went lunch with some j1s! Which was great fun :)
Hanged around ikea until 2 and to think training ended at 10plus hoho we were practically talking about everything under the sun yay such fun

Found my cutesy little pink hippo which someone claimed it was totally out of stock; seriously luzzzzzatothemax at finding stuff! Hehe, so I got the hippo and more cutesy animals in the series. But the red poxy animal was so hideous I really didnt wanna spend my kaching on. Oops (?)

2 days of school only this week thanks to the ALPSibu thing!
I'm back, and alive. Super duper wuper brown to the max. I liek :]
But now my face is peeling so uglily :( I don't wanna go out tmr, saturday and sunday. Argh.

Back to basics camp was totally fun. Missed civilisation though.
Hoho liek we had to change and piss in the outdoors. I felt super exposed and insecure :O but lol what a great experience.
Junk food like canned and all the processsed provisions. Unhealthy but i really liek salt salt salt mhmmmm T'asty!
Climbed real rocks, and frikkin' banged into the twigs and the rocks while abseiling down. Say with me, Ouch.
Harvested our own oysters and made an omelette omfgnice.
Oh oh and lucky us, it hardly rained! Slight drizzles though. Love the sun, love my tan though many of my rjmates say I look malay now (not to be racist or anything! but yeah...)

A pleasant surprise I must say it was on Thursday. My goodness I was so freaked out I started crying before getting the results. Or rather cos my stupid junior was crying haha, and she instigated my tear ducts to flow. Yay super duper uber happy heeheehee, I got what I wanted and even better! :D went on stage hoho & got that orange bowl coupon thing thing treat, kewl or whattttt~ My class has the top 2 scorers! 10 A1s whoohoo. And also around 16 who got 7 and more A1s --- Loyalty owns :)

MEP cos practical was seriously damn screwed up cos my ankle rubbish thing, and the additional studies cos I sucked in playing the violin itself and not only that my violin strings had to loosen itself making me even more out of tune?!?!??! :( Well anyway yay I still got A1 and even Dist. for the performing. Training with Coach Jude was really great, I missss! Whole different training sessions with Mr Gopi. I wanna do well in Hockey, but I'm like forever so lazy :( Especially when it comes to fitness! Boohoo. So on saturday was the Hockey trials, I'm super thankful I don't have to go thru it. Oh, horrible they shook the gassy drinks and tried to trick me into opening itttttttt damn evil! AHH MY HEAD HAS THIS REALLY REALLY OK NOT VEH HUGE LUMP, cos some hockey guy seriously bulldozed me. Hahaha wth, he was like running damn fast and bang we collided. Ouch Ouch Ouch. Then left early with Audrey to buy stuff from Queensway. Damn we waited so so so long to play games among ourselves and in the end couldn't stay till so late :( Anyway yes so we rushed to Queensway blahblahblah bought stuff yay. Then i went to meet my friend to watch a supposedly funny movie, which wasn't very funny. Day 2 and 3 was playing games and dancing and singing?! The batch song was super sweet, it made me ~~cry~~ tear. Well it seriously reminded me of SN and how much I miss my sec school friends. Also also the song which the MEP redbadges composed and performed during Gradnight.

So so happy 2008 everyone. Just came back from China on New year's eve early early morning.
The cab fare was freaking ex cos of the midnight surcharge and all. 30s$!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If only we'd waited around 30 minutes more...
Ha and in shanghai, we got cheated for the cab fare too. 2wice in a day, damn smart ah our family :|

China trip was greatly awesome ;) cos my tour group consisted of a great bunch of fun pple! Hoho even though they're not exactly my age, we had lotsa to talk about hahaha. I must say this is the most fun tour i've ever been on, and also the one and only time we interacted with every single tourmateeeey :D
We even had our own Christmas celebration at a mate's hotel room! Cos theirs were really really pretty, compared to ours! Hahaha, they bought food & drinks and can you believe it there were even fireworks to kickstart our own mini party!!!!!!! Heehee. But, i missed it :| cos my stupid sister left the cam battery in our room, and we went to get it argh.
Frikkin' cold in Beijing, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai!!!!!!!!!! My goshhhhhh lah. NO SNOW AFTER ALL THE SUFFERING. I didn't really climb the Great Wall, the steps are so steep, and when coming down it's damn damn damn scary. Cos being super high up, I look ahead and my goshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if i drop I die. seriously damn scary. I shldn't have helped ppl take pictureeeeeee, then I wouldn't have seen how high up I was :\ hahahaha. Mayb next time, I'll climb. & when I come down, I'll just focus on the steps.

Thank gosh my eye's fine, and well, on with the holiday overseas.
Went to see a specialist today @ Raffles Hospital after the referral from the Raffles Clinic. Phew it's not some cornea operation thing :| but like horrible virus :( :( :( Ohwellz.
Hopefully it disappears asap! I don't like red eyes v much. & I can do so much more with the medical fees!!!!!!

OC is depressing, cos I can hardly find any ENGLISH episodes of Season 1. Stuck at Episode 2. I want the video files!

3 days of hockey in a row, i feel great!! :)

Day 1 (Thursday) was the farewell yupyup.
Day 2 (Friday) was the double trainings i went for, School & SRC! Real fun, played games with the juniors for schl, and for SRC I learnt the reverse hit. YAY YAY YAY DAMN HAPPY! :) But there were only 4 girls as compared to what 27 guys :O:O:O ohwellz. ANYWAY THANKS DAPH FOR SENDING US, AND ALSO THE YUMMY DINNER! Your dog's cute, but im still scared of itttttt.
Day 3 (Saturday) was the SRC AGM. Hahahah it was damn lame, since all except 2 cannot vote ._. Lunch tgt at the poolside cafe, service kinda sucks? We had to wait super long for the foood to come, and i think they forgot our icecream orderrrrrr . . . :(
Anyway, went to see sticks @ Peninsula Plazaaaa. Met my sister at wheelock thereee and shopped with her friends for prom. HAHAHAH THEIR PROM'S ON 4th, & she's got nutzzzzz. Oooh, saw Daphne Khoo that Singapore Idol wannabe. She's not very tall i must say, shhhhhhhh

I really really really love the SN Hockey team. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, L-O-V-E.
They make me feel so welcomed in the group not being outcasted yay! haaaa, and like I love love love them so much! The ultimate lub-dub.
Just watched the sec4farewellvideo they made for us, and I must say it's so so so much better than the one we made (I think?) but ours had as much love as theirs! Heh heh. Damn sweet, touching, nice, tear-jerking etcetc. I love SN Hockey to the max!

Had the farewell today. Met some of them at Serangoon before going tgt. Estee lent me her ipod to watch some Forensic Heroes on the journey there, my my it's quite exciting!
Haaaaa anyway for the farewell, it was like we had to entertain ourselves most of the time! But it was still fun :) with juniors serving us at times heehee. Played that dumb scavenger hunt game ha, attacked coach with sand and also water bombs, cycled with the sec4s, captain's ball with all the sand flying into my eyes cos i was the captain ._., splashing seawater while filling waterbombs, eating shaker fries and the food they brought, hahaha and burying the soccerball and asking pple to guess which mountain we hid it under! Seriously, lame. shit. !
But I had much much fun :) Yup, so the sec4s got a shirt and cd not forgetting a little something from Clarice&Abby.

Later, we passed by Andersens and asked if they would treat again, and same reply NO! :( :( :( Welly however, we couldn't resist the temptation & decided to abandon the group & buy ourselves hpmf! (HA WE ALSO WANTED TO SEE IF THEY NOTICED OUR ABSENCE ND WHOOHOOO THEY DID HEEHEEHEE WE'RE SIGNIFICANT AFTER ALL!) Anyway the point is in the end that horrible junior decided to buy some weird flavour and it really sucked. Karma i say, okkkk right maybe it doesn't sound That funny, BUT IT REALLY WASSSSSSS!!!!! OK WHATEVER I SHALL STOP.
Looked around the shops for a new shoebag, all sucks. I want a new stick shoebag turfshoes, yipee basically new hockey stuff for rewarding myself (cos ahem i managed to get the dsa)
Anyway yes after that, we went into almost every shop to look at stuff stufff, I NEED A NEW BAG & WALLET! Of cos, there're many other stuffs i want but but but those things I just mentioned are top priority now! Ohhhh how i wish i have lotsa kaching $$$$$! Hahahah Audrey and I just tried on alot alot of shoes (esp the hideous ones, super exciting) I love the furry Crocs, hahaha it's so warm. Ohya I need winter clothings!!!! Or maybe I shld just go to China and buy like someone mm. I WANT TO GO TO VENICE BEFORE IT FLOODSSSSSSS :( :( :( Oh man did you hear?! However, we somehow missed the station's entrance, and decided to take bus from the bus stop one stop away from our destination ._. Met with Rachel & Audrey at Paragon to do our hair stuffffffff. Had lunch, walked around before her dad fetched us to Swissotel :) THANKS RACHEL & DAD! Checked in, whooo our rooms are the 61st floor! We were so suakuuu, could take the lift to the 59th floor only :O cos we didnt know we were supposed to slot in the room keyyy before we could press those high-rise levels ._. mm, did make up and changed. Golly, i suckkkk hahahaha. Many of our first-times, and q hilariously I played with the makeup and kept needing to rub off and redo.

Had a rehearsal before breaktime. My dearest one&only favourite mentee (ahem) came :D & we took pictures yayeee. Some cat high pple came, raymond too :)

Wow i look so emo like that aye, can't help it? Haaaa. My heels wanted to kill me, cos i was lazy to remove my stockings and wear slippers initially - so i just walked around bare-footed most of the time. Started to walk back to the hotel around 6 plus.

Sunday was BLG outing @ Sentosa! :D supposed to meet at Bishan at 8am, but i didn't wake up and so i was late :| RAN TO JEIGHT MAN. well, I think my stamina super sucks :(

Trained to Harbourfront with a great huge group of pple and met up with some others. wanted to buy stuff from the supermarket but, it was close! so just went to sentosa by the monorail. mm suntanned, played volleyball, frisbee, and got splashed with yucky seawater by leo >( pfffftt. cycled after lunch too.

I had great fun with my co-founder, and my leeches haa.

Dinner @ Vivo. we were all aching and yay yiming and chenyang helped to carry my bag at different times :) shopped around for shoes after that before going home.

Damn, im itchy now too. On top of the pain from the burns :O

So so went home to stone/sleep after a "good" jog in school with Rachel and Mandytien when the Bio paper ended (which also marked the end of olevels! like omgomgomgomg yay hahaheho) ha it was like 2 rounds walking for a great warmup session and err an exciting ending with 2 rounds jogging, so wow total rounds is 4 . . . watched dora the explora which was freaking retarded, and rocket power! :D

met rachel steph xueting, walked around amk hub before meeting julia whose mother kindly sent us to the chalet! Thanks juliaaaa :) watched movies before steph rachel and I cabbed to xueting's house. audrey met us there haha and we watched CSI. attempted to watch Wimbledon, which bored the wits out of us and we changed to She's The Man! DAMN FUNNY , I LOVE WATCHING SUCH LAMESHIT COMEDIES.
decided to sleep cos we were all damn tired. BUT AFTER TALKING IN THE DARK, we decided to wake up watch Secrets play bridge & OMG EAT ICECREAM!??!?!??!! Shitttt, rachel audrey and me are sooooper greedy :O :O :O and sheesh, i'm the fattest! :| but melon icecream is indeed yummy. they played cards a little more after Secret ended before they went to sleep. i continued playing Quadrapop (._.) until hahaha i felt damn sian around 3 plus. so i killed myself, became so happy cos i beat audrey's score hahaha. woke up at 7plus cos it was really damn damn damn cold D: i only had a jacket, and i was wearing shirt and shorts! brrr

had a healthy breakfast yummyyummy and went to shengshiong to buy drinks. went to the chalet, thanks xueting's mom for sending! :) slept on the wayyyyyy damn damn damn tired. ate at Changi village some muttony soupy which i didn't exactly fancy. had a mini grad night preparation before i slept somemore heh heh heh. helped to make water bombs!!!!!!!! and wheeheeeeee we all just got drenched hahaha and for those we didnt really get "that" drenched, we just threw water on them ;D

Well the open house was quite okay yay lorraine was our tourguide and she was trying to point out hah stuff ;D

Anyway, it's not very fun to suffer from swollen tendons. Didn't think it was such a big issue on Saturday coz it was only on the right side, so i could like balance on the left? But shit, when i woke up ytd, the left was hurting too!? Yeah wth, I couldn't even balance standing.
The extremely great news NOT was that my Olevels MEP Prac is today. & greatness I had much difficulty with pedalling. Even worse, I didn't get all my notes right so there goes accuracy marks. Argh. Thank gosh there were only 2 examiners (plus 1 videographer) at that point of time, not the supposedly FIVE examiners present.

Finals Promises To Be Exciting Affair

Friday, 21st Sep, 2007

Perennial favourites Singapore Recreation Club are gunning for another Premiership title in the form of a unique club double as both their men’s and women’s team are through to the final this Saturday.

While both gender finals have the same clubs – SRC versus Police, the outcome may not prove to be the same as surprises could be the order of the day.

It is expected the men’s side to hog the limelight and take centre stage for the Premier League crown and with SRC the defending champions, they may still hold the key to what is expected to be a walk in the park.

However, they may have been saving their best for last after just managing to outwit this year’s surprise package in the form of ORA by a narrow 1-0 score from last week’s semi-final, a result enough to ensure they move on to the mount-watering clash with Police.

The Police team had a spirited fight on their hands in the other semi-final and came away over an unlucky Jansenties 2-0 to reach the finals.

But it can be anyone’s game despite the fact that SRC hold the better record over their Police counterparts, posting a 2-0 home win and a 3-1 away victory over Police and despite their previous encounters, arguable Police could still emerge the winner if they play their game strategically correct.

On paper, SRC holds the upper-hand with their crop of talented players while Police, with a couple of national players in the squad, aided by their youth and enthusiasm could help off set the balance.

The encounter promises to be an exciting clash between the current champions and the pretenders to the crown.

The women’s final is likely to be an intriguing encounter between Police and SRC, a repeat of last season’s final with the former out to avenge their defeat to the latter, who are the defending champions.

Last year’s run-up to the final saw both sides pull out all the stops before meeting each other, but in the end, SRC clinched the title with a 5-0 demolition over Police proving their mastery but whether they can repeat the feat will see a close tactical game.

Looking at this year’s results between the two sides, SRC’s opening league game ended in a 1-0 victory while the return match ended in a goalless draw.

So be there at Delta Stadium to watch both these finals with the women’s final starting at 5.15 pm followed by the men’s final at 7pm.

Great, we dissected Frogs today.
It's seriously disgusting. Steph: "Haha, you can watch ghost movies but you're scared of the frogs" But it's like so sad ARGH. The heart was still pumping, and the stomach still peristalsis movements. Ohmygod, you can say it's heart wrenching. . .
I had this super retching feeling. Everything seen was associated with The Frog. :( Yucks :( :( :( & it was about lunch time. I don't think I ever wanna eat froglegs anymore. Goodnesssss. I'm so quite freaked out.
The smell was damn nauseating. Like NH3 x100000000000000000000000. Actually, that might be an understatement; even though it actually doesn't make any sense, but I'm trying to show it smelt like LOTS of ammonia, STRONG PUNGENT CHOKING ODOUR.

Physics test was terrible. And ha ha I couldn't think straight with the image of the frogs stuck in my mind.
Went for a little training after. BUT I DIDNT SEE XUN!!!!! :( :( :( Then I had to leaveeeee, booohooo.
Did an interesting compre titled The Coat. And there was so much time left we watched this animation film, which was actually quite interesting. Just that, it got a little stultifying. So we switched to Stranger Than Fiction. It's quite a good show I suppose.

I super made lots of mistakes :| But no major breakdownsssssss.
ARGH! Quick Study was super terrible. Like 4 different characters of the extracts. Hah, i acted like i was so pro ._. BUT WHATTHEHELL, all i played was wrong notes, and weird rhythm :(
Viva ahhhhhhhh, haha oratorios became keyboard music. I SHLD HAVE RMBRED, grr well didn't I! I even memorised the number of piano concertos Mozart wrote. 27. Grrrr, analysis of the keys and cadences was a futile effort!
SO COLD SO COLD SO COLD MY FINGERS WERE STIFF AND WOODEN, CANNOT DO TRILLS :(
